Baked Chicken
ingredients1 cut-up fryer
1–2 stalks celery (sliced)
2–3 spring onions (sliced)
Fresh mushrooms (sliced)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can dry white wine
Seasoned salt
directionsClean fryer and place in baking dish. Add celery, onions, and mushrooms on top, sprinkle very generously with seasoned salt. Combine soup and wine and pour over top. Bake uncovered 350º for 1–1 ½ hours. Serve with noodles or rice.
